We recognize our responsibility for the physical well being of our employees as established by federal and state industrial regulation. We further recognize the vital role that effective accident prevention measure plays in an efficiently run project. This includes everything associated with construction sites, equipments, tools, ground condition and the work force itself supervised by competent and experienced supervisors.
Our projects managers, HSE supervisors and officers are responsible for the implementation of safe work procedures and maintaining safe working site during all project and free from hazards that would endanger people or property. Maintaining open communication between management and staff on matters pertaining to safety. Employees are encouraged to express their concerns or suggestions to help promote safe working environments, practise and conditions.
